I had a tire suddenly pop after my classes and I was really stressed out, especially since it was later in the day and I knew places would either already have appointments scheduled or too busy. I took a chance and rushed over the pepboys and Joey at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and he made sure I was able to get my vehicle looked at by closing despite how busy they were. The whole experience was much smoother than I expected, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. He even helped me look at tire prices that wouldn’t break my wallet as a student for the unexpected expense. Shout out Joey and the team for taking such great care of me!

I originally went to the Rock Hill location for my scheduled appointment, but I was asked to come back later that day. Instead, I decided to try the Fort Mill, SC location, and I’m so happy I did. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. A huge thank you to Will for being so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I initially came in just for an oil change, but he took the time to explain why my tires needed attention as well. Because of the amazing customer service and patience from the team, I ended up getting my tires, alignment, and oil change completed for an unbeatable price. Also, thank you to the technician, David S., who worked on my car — everything was done quickly and professionally. You all were amazing, and I will definitely be back!

Outstanding experience at Pep Boys! Got a nail in my tire and they were closing, but they stayed open just for me. The team was incredibly nice, respectful, and helpful. Fixed my tire quickly and got me on my way. Can't recommend enough - true professionals with amazing customer service!

This review is a long time in coming, but I needed to post it. I ended up with a screw in my tire after the Thanksgiving holiday. As luck would have it, it was in the evening. I managed to get into this location, but was told that it was likely too late for them to do anything. All I asked was if they could check to make sure I would make it home safe under the hope I could bring it in the next day. They checked and for sure I would not have made it home safe and sound. Then, they took care of me and my tire anyway. They did not have to as it was an hour before their close time. It took them a half an hour to work their magic. It was a holiday and at night. As a single female, that right there meant the world to me. I'm beyond grateful they took the time to do that and would highly recommend this location for their customer service. Thank you so much for making sure I made it back to my family that night. 9/4/2026: When I called earlier this past week about my state inspection, they answered all questions I had about when I could come in for it. Today, I came in for my state inspection and drove away with 3 new tires. They were very prompt on taking me in as a walk-in and showing
